Returns and exchanges:

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details:

Due to the nature of the items there will be no refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason. If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours. After 24 hours, all sales are final and orders cannot be changed or altered. During any type of sale we do not accept any refunds, cancellations, customs, or alterations to any order no matter what due to the high volume of orders.

However, your satisfaction is very important to me. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me so that we may resolve the issue. Please consider contacting me before leaving negative or neutral feedback. If there are any problems with your order, such as the wrong item sent, damages, losses, etc. please contact me to discuss.

Shipping:

I ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. *Due to a high volume of orders, orders may not be combined*

United States Shipping: Via USPS First Class Mail with Tracking. Arrival estimated times is between 5-7 days after shipping.

International Shipping: Via USPS First Class Mail with Tracking. Arrival estimated time is between 1-2 Weeks after shipping.

**International customers are responsible for any additional fees that may apply upon delivery in their country, such as customs fees, taxes, etc**

The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, tariffs, taxes, additional postage or other charges that may be assessed upon entry to your country by customs.

Please double check your shipping address prior to processing your order. We will not be responsible if your package is returned to us due to incorrect addresses or names on the package. If the package is returned to us buyer is responsible for fees to re-ship. If your order is lost in the mail and marked as undelivered, contact us and we can discuss a reshipment option.

Once an item is marked 'shipped' it is then in the hands of the USPS, and out of my control. Please be patient with the tracking as it can be slow to update online sometimes. For any information regarding tracking you can take the tracking to your local post office and they can further assist you on the retrieval of your order. Once a package has been shipped, it is out of my control what happens with it.
